An accident on lap 52 left Steve Arpin with a disappointing twenty-eighth showing at the ARCA Series race in Iowa Saturday night.

Arpin's night ended after when he lost brakes in his car and crashed into the wall in turn three.

It dropped the Fort Frances native to ninth in the standings.


At Emo Speedway, Gavin Paull won the feature in the modified division.

John Hettinga took the win in the Midwest Modified class and Don Bowman captured the win in the Street Stock.
