Local Sports for Tuesday April 10

The SIJHL finals are going the distance.

The Wisconsin Wilderness staved off eliminated for a second straight time, beating the Fort Frances Lakers at the Ice for Kids Arena last night 1-0 to knot the series at 3 wins each.

Game 7 will go Wednesday night in Spooner.




Steve Arpin has a deal that will see him compete in NASCAR's Nationwide Series.

The Fort Frances native will race at Texas Friday.

Arpin will also compete at Talladega for Turner Motorsports.
