Local Sports for Friday November 18

Fort Frances Lakers take their show on the road this weekend.

They play Thunder Bay tonight before traveling to Duluth tomorrow.

The Lakers are two points up on Wisconsin for the league lead, but the Wilderness have four game in hand.




Fort Frances Muskies girls hockey team game tonight with Sioux Lookout has apparently been cancelled.

The girls won't play now until next weekend.

The boys team meantime is in tournament play this weekend in Morden, Manitoba.

The International Falls Broncos girls team hosts Silver Bay 7:30 p.m. at Bronco Arena.




Fort Frances Canadian AA bantam team hosts a tournament at the Memorial Sports Centre this weekend.
