Leaders in the Borderland Soccer League men's division kept pace with each other last night.

Jimmy Nussbaumer had three goals in Pharmasave's 6-1 win over the Rendez-Vous Voyageurs 6-1.

Manitou Forest Products beat Emo by the 6-1 score.



Beefs Warriors ran their unbeaten streak in the Rainy River District Fastball League to eleven with a 9-3 win over Northwest Bay.

Second place Big Grassy Braves stayed within 2-and-a-half games back of the Warriors with an 11-5 win over Sight and Sound.

Elsewhere, Big Island won for just the second time this season, 19-17 over Rainy River.

The Big Grassy Lightning outscored Stratton 7-2

Barwick defeated Manitou 6-2.



Meyers Sports is this year's winner of the International Falls Little League boys major A title.

They beat Northern Lumber 10-9 in the final game yesterday.

In boys major B, Moose Lodge beat Super One 14-3 to move on to the finals.
