Fort Frances Lakers season has come to an end.

Jeremy Johnson's unassisted goal less than 2-minutes into the second overtime game the Minnesota Wilderness a 3-2 win over the Lakers at the 52 Canadians Rink, and their third consecutive Bill Salonen cup.

Kevin Kurm and Owen Stauber had the Laker goals.

Minnesota now advances to the Dudley-Hewitt Cup tournament next week in North Bay.
