Local Sports For Tuesday September 25

It's a full day of sports at Fort Frances High School.

Boys volleyball and girls basketball teams open their NORWOSSA seasons against Dryden.

Action begins at 12 noon.

Then at 3 p.m., the Muskies football team hosts Tec Voc.




In the Falls, the Broncos girls volleyball team has a home game against Virginia.

Game time is 7 pm at Falls High School.

The cross country run teams are in action in Ely.






The Fort Frances Curling Club has been forced to cancel its Sticks and Stones Bonspiel for this week.

It's because of problems with the Club's ice plant.

No word yet if the event will be rescheduled or how long the plant will be down.
