International Falls Broncos boys hockey team opened a two-nothing lead then clawed back with two goals in the third to beat the Fort Frances Muskies 4-3 at Bronco Arena last night.
Dominic Casareto getting the winning goal with Michael Bounds, Eric Lassila and Lucas Debenedet rounding out the Broncos scoring.
Brendan Cawston with two and Nikolas Jourdain replied for the Muskies.
Fort Frances Canadians AA midget team was able to salvage half of the battle of the border event by defeating the Broncos junior Varsity squad 8-3.
Canadians out shot their opponents 55-21.
