Fort Frances Lakers forward Jordan Christianson has been named the SIJHL Player of the week.

The 20-year-old from International Falls racked up nine points in three games last week.



International Falls Broncos hockey teams are in tournament action in two different parts of the Minnesota.

The boys open the Hockeytown Holiday Classic in Warroad with a game against Osseo.

The girls team is in Blaine for the Schwan Cup Tournament, playing its first game tonight against Marshall.



The Broncos basketball teams are also in action.

The boys are in Esko to face South Ridge.

The girls team travel to Virginia to face Northeast Range.
