Local Sports for Tuesday June 21

Allision Brown scored three times to help Boston Pizza get by Taggs Source for Sports 5-4 in a women's game in the Borderland Soccer League.

Stephanie Mattson has a hat-trick for Taggs.

Erika Moffit recorded the shutout while Chantal Jodoin and Emily Drouin provided the scoring in the Rendez-Vous Voyageurs 2-0 win over Al's Racquet Stringing.




A single game in the Rainy River District Fastball League last night.

The Big Grassy Braves edged Rainy River 5-4.



Dan Gavel of Fort Frances was another double winner on the Moto-cross track this past weekend.

Gavel won both the ATV Pro and ATV open classes during races held in Atikokan.

Earl Reimer of Vermilion Bay was also a double winner with victories in the Open and Pro Am Moto-cross classes.
