Emo upset Manitou Forest Products 2-1 on goals from Garnett Cornell and Justin Bujold.

In the Rainy River District Fastball League, Jesse Tom had three home runs as the Big Grassy Braves powered their way past the Manitou Thunderrbirds 21-1.

Elsewhere, Beef's Warriors beat the Big Grassy Lighting 8-2

Rainy River blanked Barwick 7-0.

Stratton outscored Northwest Bay 9-7.

And Sight & Sound and Big Island played to an 11-11 tie before the game was called on the account of darkness.



Little League in the Falls saw Wherley's defeat Energy Fitness Centre 18-6.

Elks Lodge and the Fort Frances Kiwanis tied 9-9.

In girls softball, Cine 5 beat Mannco Trucking 19-5.
