Fort Frances Muskies volleyball teams split games played against Kenora's Beaver Brae Broncos

The junior boys volleyball team beat Beaver Brae in four sets.

The seniors were swept in 3.

The Muskies senior girls basketball team also lost to Kenora, 24-18 with Shantelle Jodoin leading with 8 points.




International Falls Broncos football team ended its season on a high note winning 44-8 over Greenway.

Fort Frances Muskies end their regular season today in Winnipeg against St. John's




Rainy River Voyageurs women's volleyball team lost to Central Lakes in three set to end its regular season.

The Voyageurs will face Northland in Thief River Falls a week from tomorrow to open the MCAC Region 13-B tournament.




In girls hockey from last night Lakewood Tire Eagles defeated Super 8 5-2 in a pee-wee division game.

Annalise Hayes with 2, Maighyn DeGagne, Kelsey Langtry and Hannah LeDrew scored for the Eagles.

Alexis Morrisseau and Maddy Morrison replied for Super 8


In Emo Kaemingh Esso edged the Emo Peewees 2-1

Emma Noga and Shannon Bird scoring for Esso.


And the BDO Dunwoody Stars skated to a 4-3 win over Skates & Blades/M&M Meat in the bantam division.

Jessica Coran with 2, Emily Bird and Sarah Angus scored for the Stars.

Madisyn DeGagne, Erika Sheppard and Taylor DeGagne scored for M and M
