Game six will be played tomorrow night at the Ice for Kids Arena.


Fort Frances returns to an Allan Cup playoff series for the first time in more than 50 years with a game tonight in Kenora against the Thistles.

The ThunderHawks, Thistles and Thunder Bay Twins are playing in a round-robin tournament.

The winner earns the right to play for the Renwick Cup and a potential berth to the Allan Cup final tournament.

The ThunderHawks were 2-4 in six meetings with the Thistles this season with one of their losses in a shootout.


International Falls Broncos boys basketball team opens the section 7AA championship tonight at home against Two Harbours.

Game time is 7:00 p.m. at Falls High School.
