In Rainy River, Louis Linklater hit his first homer of the season in pacing the Royals to a 12-10 victory over the Sabaskong Cubs.

Elsewhere it was the Big Grassy Lightning blanking Manitou 11-0.

Stratton beat the Big Grassy Braves 9-5.

In the Borderland Soccer League, Al's Racquet Stringing beat Taggs Source for Sports 2-1 in a women's game that was cut short due to the weather.
