Local Sports for Monday June 14

A saturated track forced the cancellation of races at Emo Speedway.

The Borderland Racing Association will look to run races again next Saturday.



Three members of Falls High School track and field teams picked up top-ten finishes at the Minnesota State championships in St. Paul over the weekend.

Jake Jensen recorded a personal best in the pole jump to finish fourth.

Tim Myles tied for fifth in the high jump while Shawn Filipiak was eleventh.

Alicia Hendrickson finished in a four-way tie for eight in the girls pole vault.
