Local Sports for Tuesday May 29


Laureen Peters had a pair of goals as Boston Pizza blanked Al's Racquet Stringing in a women's divisions game in the Borderland Soccer League.

Alyssa Holliday, Adrianne Smith and Melanie Hyatt also scored for Boston.

Amy Wilson-Hands recorded the shutout.

A game scheduled between Taggs Source for Sports and the La Place Rendez-Vous Voyageurs' was postponed to a later date.




Preparations for another football season at Fort Frances High School goes next week.

The Muskies will hold a spring football camp beginning Monday.

All students interested in playing football in the fall should attend.
