Fort Frances native Isaac Keffer finished in a tie for fourth at the Northern Ontario junior boys curling championship in Longlac.

Keffer was skipping a rink out of Thunder Bay.



Fort Frances Muskies boys hockey team lost in the quarter-finals of the Piper Classic in Winnipeg, losing 3-2 to St. Pauls on Friday.

The Muskies went through the round robin portion winning twice and losing once.



International Falls Broncos boys hockey team split games, beating Greenway Friday 6-4, but losing 10-nothing to Hermantown on Saturday.

The boys basketball team lost 70-66 to Virginia on Friday.
