Fort Frances Muskies girls basketball and boys volleyball teams are home to Kenora's Beaver Brae Broncos.

The Atikokan Voyageurs court teams host Red Lake.

The International Falls Broncos girls volleyball team is in Ely.

The Broncos' cross country teams compete in Hibbing.



Rainy River Voyageurs women's volleyball team had its three-game winning streak snapped with a five-set loss to Hibbing.

Scores were 25-18, 25-16, 17-25, 22-25, 16-14.

The Voyageurs host Mesabi tomorrow night at the College where they will honour its five sophomores before the match.



Thunder Bay's Haley Irwin has been named to play for Canada's women hockey team in this year's Four Nation's Cup tournament in St. John's Newfoundland.

It begins November 9.

Irwin was on the team that won gold in Vancouver and is in her senior year at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
