Local Sports For Wednesday October 17

Four members of the Falls High School girls cross country run team earned all-conference honours at the Iron Range Conference Championships at Hoyts Lake.

Lexi Erickson in 3rd, Sydney Raboin in 4th, Amy Auran in 11th and Amber Harms in 12th advance to the  Section 7A meet next week.



International Falls Broncos girls volleyball team swept by Mesabi East 3-0 to earn 7th place in the Iron Range Conference playoffs

The Broncos now await their seeding in next week's Section 7AA championship.



In the pool, the Falls High School girls swim team took 5 of 6 events to out score North East Range-Ely.
